HOLIDAY INN KRAKOW CITY CENTRE BY IHG, Krakow – A Smart Stay in the City

I had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn. The rooms were very clean and nicely laid out, equipped with modern amenities like tea/coffee making facilities. The service was generally good, although lacking a bit of confidence. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the old town, Jewish quarter, and castle, yet quiet enough for a peaceful stay. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a wide selection of delicious foods. The facilities were convenient for a comfortable stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The rooms were finished to a very high standard and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved having the mini bar with reasonable prices, iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer. The spacious room was perfect for both relaxation and work, plus we had tea and coffee making facilities. The service was exceptional; the staff was so helpful and friendly. The daily cleaning kept everything pristine, and the location, just 5 minutes from the main square, was ideal for exploring the city. The dining experience was delicious with a wide range of options. Definitely a hotel I would choose to stay at again.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a good size, and they upgraded all four of our rooms, but the absence of a bathtub was disappointing. The service was top-notch, with staff being very friendly, helpful, and polite. The location couldn't have been better, right between the city center and the Jewish Quarter, making it convenient for exploring. The dining was worth the money, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. However, some facilities could use improvement, although the value for money was fair overall.

My stay at this hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were very well equipped with tea/coffee facilities, a minibar, an ironing board, and a comfortable bed, although I had some noisy neighbors. The room was large and seemed almost new, and the bathroom was clean and excellent.
